On the residential side, we mainly install GAF and Malarkey asphalt shingles, but we also install metal roofing and flat roofing As for commercial roofing, we install EPDM, TPO, PVC, shingles, metal roofing, and more. We can install any type of roofing material manufacturer you prefer, these are just the ones we feel are the best. We are certified with IB Roof Systems, GAF, GenFlex from Firestone, and GACO Coating systems, as well as multiple types of flat roof coatings. Long story short, we work with a variety of manufacturers and offer an array of Durable, Long-Lasting Products.

It depends entirely on how the damage occurred and who or what is responsible. If it was an “act of God,” such as hail, wind, or another weather event, yes your damage will likely be covered by insurance. We are also happy to help you with your insurance claim.

YES is the short answer. In all seriousness, we strongly advocate GAF’s Golden Pledge Warranty, as it offers 25 years of workmanship coverage and 50 years of product coverage. Between that and your home insurance, you simply will NOT have to buy a new roof for decades. Not only is it a warranty coverage, but the materials and installation requirements in order to offer it make the roof far superior to the average roof installation.

There is no one right answer to that question. For the majority of the residential homes we work with, we recommend GAF shingles, but Malarkey shingles also offer incredible durability. In the case of mountain homes, standing seam metal roofing can be the ideal option. That said, we are happy to give our recommendations based on YOUR home, budget, and situation.
