• GAF Timberline HDZ Shingles: The Timberline HDZ shingle is our standard shingle, but it’s GAF’s middle-tier. It has an infinite wind warranty for 15 years. This means if the roof suffers ANY wind damage during the first 15 years of installation, GAF will cover the cost of replacement. It’s a great all-purpose shingle that performs quite well on Colorado homes.

• GAF ArmorShield II IR Class 4: The GAF ArmorShield II IR Class 4 is the premium, upgraded version of the standard HDZ, as well as GAF’s impact resistant laminate shingle. It also qualifies for the 15-year Infinite Wind Warranty AND has a UL2218 Class 4 impact resistance rating, the highest score. This automatically qualifies it for the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty. This is THE best in the business – a 25-year workmanship and 50-year material warranty, backed by GAF.

• GAF Grand Sequoia IR Class 4: The GAF Grand Sequoia IR Class 4 are Premium Residential Shingles. These high grade shingles have a very distinct look, are much thicker than standard shingles, and have the top rated Class 4 impact resistant rating.

• GAF Energy Timberline Solar Shingles: They’re finally here! We are now proudly offering GAF Energy Timberline Solar Shingles. These are efficient, solar shingles that you can nail right onto your roof the way you would ordinary asphalt shingles. You may even qualify for a substantial tax credit, but you should consult with a tax professional for more information.

Malarkey Residential Roofing Shingles

Malarkey shingles are known for being impact-resistant. With the rampant hail storms the Denver metro gets in the summer, this is a GREAT quality to have in your shingles. While Malarkey does not offer quite the same warranties as GAF, the quality of their materials speaks for itself. Malarkey shingles are designed to hold up in extreme conditions.

• Malarkey Vista IR Class 4 This is Malarkey’s middle tier laminate shingle. It has a Class 3 UL2218 impact resistance rating, which means they should be able to withstand hail up to 1.75 inches in diameter. UL2218 Class 3 and Class 4 Shingles can qualify for a discount on homeowners Insurance by as much as 26%. If your roof lasts as long as it should, that can add up to a LOT in savings.

Roofing is one area where an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. That’s why we put such a big emphasis on preventative maintenance, so you don’t end up dealing with a MAJOR problem when you could have fixed a simple one.

Our bi-annual residential shingle inspections are intended to locate and identify any problems with your roof. Here are a few key things we look for:

• Moss or ponding water areas
• Debris on the roof

Spring and Fall Gutter System Cleaning and Photo Inspection Report

We clean all the debris from the roof, gutters, and downspouts to ensure your entire system is functioning properly and drawing water away from your siding and foundation.

We also provide you with a photo inspection report to document the current condition of the entire roof and gutter system.

We inspect your shingles, flashing, penetrations, caulking, skylights, gutters, and downspouts, and then we take photos to document your roof’s current condition.

Any problem items that are discovered are presented in the report along with an estimate for repairs. We also include a 3-Year Weather History Report to show any wind or hail storms that may have affected the property. This information is crucial to determining if damage caused to the property is due to weather and possibly covered by insurance.
