Ryan Nyberg
CEO/General Manager
Ryan has a finance degree from the University of Colorado Boulder with a minor in real estate and entrepreneurship. His extensive experience in business and customer service allows him to provide our customers with efficient, high-quality service.
His passions include snowboarding, traveling, watching hockey, and spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys learning about new technologies and innovative materials that help RoofTec stay on the cutting edge.
Joel Thomas
President
Joel was born and raised in Colorado. He grew up learning several construction trades as a young man, while working for his uncle’s construction company to save money. Joel also worked for an engineering firm.
Dissatisfied with an office lifestyle, he eventually went to work for a large roofing company. After a few years there getting a feel for the industry, he decided to start RoofTec in 2017 to improve himself and help his community.
Montana Semp
Chief Operations Officer
Montana brings a strong background of leadership and customer service to the RoofTec team. Handling complex real estate transactions in her previous career as a closing agent for the title and mortgage industry has made Montana an expert at communication and organizing complex projects.
These skills have allowed for a seamless transition into the construction industry. Montana is also a proud member of the local chapter of National Women in Roofing (NWiR) for her work in the field.
Tyler Fischer
Director Of Sales
Tyler is originally from Madison, Wisconsin and moved to Colorado in 2017 to play baseball for Colorado Christian University. He ended up playing at CCU for five years while earning a bachelor’s in business administration and a master’s in organizational leadership.
It was while getting his master’s that he got started in the roofing business. After that, he worked for a while as an insurance adjuster, played a little more baseball, then eventually ended up at RoofTec in his current role.
Jarrod Rivera
Production Supervisor
Jarrod Rivera has a business administration degree and a graduate certificate in project management from Colorado Christian University. His attention to detail, ability to lead, and excellent customer service keep the business running smoothly and our customers happy. He loves seeing how homeowners react to their new and improved roofs.
In his free time he enjoys playing baseball, hockey, volleyball, and snowboarding, as well as spending time with friends and family.
